From scratchers and treat boxes to personalised litter options and comfortable sleeping spaces, every detail is designed to make your cat feel safe, secure, and right at home.
We provide a range of high-quality, vet-approved foods to ensure every cat enjoys nutritious, well-balanced meals. Whether your feline friend prefers dry kibble, wet food, or something a little more gourmet, we’re happy to cater to their individual tastes and dietary needs.
We also understand that some cats have specific routines or food preferences, which is why we welcome owners to bring their own food, treats, or special diets. Our team will follow your feeding instructions carefully to ensure your cat feels right at home.

All medical needs and medication will be carefully overseen and administered by our founder, Paulette Doo, in consultation with our trusted veterinarian. Your cat’s health is a top priority, and any veterinary requirements will be managed with the utmost care.
If your cat requires medication during their stay, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. We kindly ask that you provide detailed instructions and all necessary medication upon check-in.

Daily Cleaning Routine (9am - 11am)
All suites are thoroughly cleaned each morning, with fresh bedding, food bowls, and litter refreshed daily. This consistent routine helps maintain a healthy environment and supports each cat’s sense of security and comfort.
Purpose-Built Aluminium Suites
Our units are constructed entirely from aluminium—not wood—to prevent the harbouring of bacteria and viruses like ringworm or calicivirus. This material allows for thorough cleaning without risk of contamination.
Deep Disinfection Between Stays
Before each new arrival, suites undergo a full disinfection and fumigation. We take every precaution to eliminate lingering germs or viruses, ensuring a completely fresh start for every guest.
Seasonal Vigilance
We remain especially attentive during seasonal changes, when viruses can become more active. Our protocols are adjusted as needed to maintain high health standards year-round.
